Individual Coaching
Transcend's individual coaching is designed for people who are not sure that they are maximizing their career potential, are dealing with issues that they can not resolve on their own, or are stuck and don't know where to go or where to turn.
We work with individuals who consciously want to create change in their personal and professional lives but are not sure how. Transcend’s individual coaching service focuses on personal or professional development with the coaching agenda wholly driven by the client.
The coaching process starts with an initial exploratory meeting where the client and coach determine if there is a “fit” and a desire to work together. If so, a subsequent meeting is scheduled to set the foundation for the coaching relationship. Prior to the second meeting, the client completes a coaching questionnaire which is reviewed at the meeting. The client’s coaching goals are established and the parameters of the coaching arrangement discussed and agreed to. For the duration of the coaching program, the client and coach meet on a regularly scheduled basis. A checkpoint is scheduled midway throughout the engagement to review progress and to determine if the coaching relationship is meeting the client’s needs. Any required changes are made. Upon conclusion of the program, a final debrief meeting is held in order to review the results of the coaching program and to discuss ways for the client to reinforce and sustain the changes that have been made.
