Leadership Coaching

Oftentimes leaders have risen up through the organization using competencies and skills that served them well on the way up, but are no longer relevant to where they currently are in the organization. In this confidential, customized coaching program, executives identify and address those issues that are critical to success but continue to be a challenge.

Leadership coaching focuses on professional leadership development with the coaching agenda being driven by the client with input from key stakeholders in his/her professional life. 

What: Confidential coaching focusing on areas that a leader needs to improve

Who: Mid to senior level leaders

How: Initial 360 interview process with the leader deciding on where to focus followed by confidential coaching sessions held twice per month.

Duration: 6 months
