- Strategic planning with the Board of a wholly-owned subsidiary of the City of Calgary. We assessed and evaluated the current strategic structure and facilitated a workshop with the Board to determine future direction.
- HR transformation for a global fertilizer business. We lead the implementation of Centres of Excellence, closed an employee service centre in Calgary, established an HR service centre in the U.S., and implemented HR business partner model in two business units.
- Management competency model development for a large oil and gas company. We provided input on the leadership, management, and technical competencies.
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) workshop facilitation with the executive team of a global oil field services company.
